It’s a quote that perfectly encapsulates the joy and wonder I experience exploring my surroundings, camera in hand. I'm a storyteller at heart. Whether putting pen to paper or clicking away on my camera, I find it thrilling visiting new places, near and far, and sharing my journey through art. An Illinois native, I have wandered with a purpose for more than a decade, now happily exploring my new home in Augusta, Ga.

My art has been exhibited in Champaign, Ill., and sold in markets and fairs. I also take commission requests and book headshot appointments both outdoors and in a studio space.

In addition to my photography business, I work in communications at Augusta University. Prior to a career in higher education, I worked as a broadcast journalist. During that time, I won a regional Emmy award for breaking news and received two additional nominations for regional Emmys.
